Our community

At AVID, we are passionate about bringing people together and fostering a genuine sense of community. Since acquiring Forest Reach in 2025, we have worked around the clock to strengthen community connections and create meaningful opportunities for residents to come together.

We were proud to kick off the 2026 events season with our inaugural Easter Event, where more than 100 residents joined us for a fun-filled afternoon of family entertainment. The event featured face painters, a petting zoo, a giant bubble artist, balloon twisting and, of course, the much-loved Easter Egg Hunt.

Building genuine connections is at the heart of what we do at AVID. Through thoughtfully curated events, community programs and welcoming shared spaces throughout the masterplan, we aim to create a neighbourhood where friendships flourish and residents feel a true sense of belonging.

Our future community initiatives will extend beyond Forest Reach, helping to strengthen connections with local clubs, schools and businesses that contribute to the vibrancy of the area. Through our Sponsorship and Grants Program, we will continue investing in local growth while supporting the groups and organisations that matter most to our residents.
